Yes! Everyone Can! Both accredited and non-accredited investors are welcome to invest with us. 


You’re investing in equity ownership of a Specific Purpose Entity, typically an LLC, created solely to acquire one property. This gives you direct exposure to real estate and all the tax advantages that come with it, including:

  • Long-term capital gains tax treatment
  • Depreciation
  • Property appreciation


 Axe invests 5%–10% of the required capital in each deal. This ensures our interests are fully aligned with yours and builds lender confidence.


 A Preferred Return means investors receive a priority return on their capital before AXE participates in any profits. It’s our way of putting your interests first. 


  • Cash-flowing properties: Quarterly distributions
  • Development deals: Distributions vary depending on project timelines and when cash flow begins


We send quarterly updates that include:

  • Monthly property performance reports
  • Commentary and analysis from our Founders 


 You will receive a Schedule K-1 each year since you’ll own equity in a pass-through LLC. 


 We conduct cost segregation studies on our properties, which accelerate depreciation. This allows us to shelter much of your early distributions from taxation, even while you're getting paid. .
